Why we exist

Reduce the distance between data and a decision.

Control rooms do not lack data. They lack a single, trustworthy picture and a workflow that survives the shift change. TfGM SNV is built around that gap: harmonise once, detect with evidence, decide with context, and prove what happened afterwards.

We work as a small, director-led team. That means the people who design the platform are the people who support it, and the commitments in a tender are the commitments in operations.

How we work

Three principles.

  • Prove it live

    A capability is not real until it can be operated, audited and recovered in front of the people who will use it.

  • Configure, do not fork

    Thresholds, workflows and escalation are data. Customer-specific code is a last resort, not a delivery model.

  • Own the exit

    The canonical model, the contracts and the export paths belong to the authority. Portability is a design requirement.
